J. MIGUEZ DETAILED INFORMATION:
J. Miguez has been a consultant since 1997 and has been a professional basketball coach for 38 years, several times Champion in the Professional League in Portugal, winner of several other basketball competitions.
He has several specializations in the areas of Change Management and Executive Coaching (namely, in the United States, Great Britain and Belgium). He also attended the advanced training program “Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence” at Disney Productions, in Orlando (USA).
He directs seminars about motivation, leadership, management and teamwork for top and senior managers and has developed the Coaching subject with a close relation with the sport’s metaphor. He also teaches Graduate Programs, MBA’s and Masters Degrees at Porto Business School.
J. Miguez wrote more than 20 books in the areas of leadership and teamwork and completed in 2022 a doctorate (PhD) in Philosophy of Behavior.
